- Move in / out season is coming. Please remind tenants and guests of parking rules on internal streets.
- Mowing is each Tuesday. Fenced yard gates must be left open for service.
- Shrubs, flower beds and tree trimming are owners' responsibility.

- Please remove holiday decor for all seasons in a timely manner.
- If vehicles are damaged when parked illegally, the vehicle owner is at fault. Respect your neighbors and fire/emergency lanes.
- Home maintenance is owner/resident responsibility. If changing paint colors, adding fences, or other exterior features, submit a request in advance to Keith Collins Company for approval.
- Trash contracts, flower beds, tree/shrub trimming, etc. are owner/resident responsibilities. See bylaws.
- Thinking about installing a pool? Engineering clearance is required.
