Yard Standards...
 

 

  • Rotted wood, weathered paint and roof deterioration need immediate attention.
  • Termite contracts are essential. Remember moisture and wood rot invite termites in.
  • Move in / out season is coming. Please remind tenants and guests of parking rules on internal streets.
  • Mowing is each Tuesday. Fenced yard gates must be left open for service.
  • Shrubs, flower beds and tree trimming are owners' responsibility.

Owners/Residents are responsible for flower beds, tree trimming, and weeding in their yards; repairing rotten wood and painting.

Roofs and fences must be maintained. No metal roofing allowed..

Changes to home exterior, including changing your paint color must be approved by the architectural control committee.
